Hi, I'm Anne

I founded A Betzner Consulting after 25+ years in program evaluation and applied research. My work focuses on finding the right questions to ask and ensuring that data is not just reported but used to improve services, strengthen funding cases, and grow organizational capacity. I believe in the power of mixed methods to turn required reporting into a program's strongest asset.

"Great evaluation isn't about maximizing rigor or minimizing effort. It's about the judgment to design work that's rigorous enough to trust, feasible enough to accomplish, and useful enough to change what happens next."
